WHAT IF MY SHADES ARRIVED DAMAGE?
Please email hey@sodashades.com with your order number and images of the issue and we will deal with accordingly.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
We can only accept returns on full-priced items. Sale items or items purchased under flash promotions are ineligible for refunds or exchange unless deemed faulty.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your order or change shipping information. Keep in mind our warehouse aims to have orders shipped within 48 hours. We will try to accommodate your request, however your shades may already be on their way to you!
DO SODA SHADES COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Soda products are supplied with a warranty on any manufacturing or material defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. Our policy is to provide a repair or replacement, otherwise a full refund in the case of sold out stock.
If an issue arises, please start by emailing us with further details, photos and an order number or proof of purchase.
Our warranty does not cover against wear and tear, which could include scratches, pressure breaks or exposure to excessive heat.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we do! Gift your loved one in confidence with an online gift card. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable for cash. If an item is purchased and returned using a gift card, we will credit you with store credit only.
Gift cards will be emailed to the recipient.
